Estate Planning: It’s Time

            Many well-intentioned people have not developed their estate plan.  In the clamor of life, for many, it has not been a priority.  Unfortunately, in the event of death or disability, the failure to plan can make an already bad situation more stressful and much more challenging.  We know that many folks know this, and have experienced the frightening realization that not having a proper estate plan, in the time of COVID-19 can be catastrophic.
